| Revonate Manufacturing, LLC, is an affiliate company of Seneca,
headquartered in Syracuse, NY and focused on the $6 billion information
technology reverse logistics and remanufacturing industry. Today, it
holds contracts with Acer, Gateway and eMachines, to remanufacture
desktops, notebooks, netbooks and monitors.
The company opened its doors in February 2008
and since that time has grown from 50 employees to over 400. As it
adds outsourcing contracts and manufacturing capacity, Revonate has
quickly upgraded its facilities, recently moving from a
71,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, to a 108,000-square-foot
facility.
Today, Revonate remanufactures an average of
55,000 to 65,000 units per month and has the capability to add
additional lines to support surges in production or the new reverse
logistics contracts.
Every day; Revonate receives thousands of
desktops, notebooks, netbooks, and monitors returned to big-box
retailers and direct market eTailers across the USA. The company then
inspects, tests, and repairs them if necessary. After the units are
remanufactured, they are fulfilled to end user customers, through a set
of partners that sell the units into authorized territories.
